A small cat demon was behind the bars of GCMR Base. She was terrified of this place. Some of the people who worked there said they were going to tourcher the small thirteen year old. Lizzy had been crying herself to sleep of night. Why does it have to be like this? , she thought sadly. She didn't even hurt a human before.Not once. The only thing that was nice there was, that they gave out bread and milk. "Please!!! Let me out!!!!", she screamed to them.

Cinder loved to meddle with people, that's why she was here. She hadn't been captured, no. She'd just create a shadow around her when they came past. She heard screaming and instantly her meddling mood changed to that of sympathy and she followed the sound that her fox-like ears had caught all the way to where a young girl stood, her cat-like features similar to that of Cinder's fox features. Cinder went up to the bars, making sure they were in shadow. I'll get you out soon, I promise. I just hope your not afraid of the dark. With that she blinked and the lights turned off. Only she could see. Keep quiet she whispered before slinking away toward a guard who seemed to be asleep. Sleeping on the job, eh? she thought, though she was relieved incredibly. With a careful hand she reached up and hooked the keys on her finger. The guard mumbled, but didn't wake. Score! she thought as she took the keys. With a smile she snuck back toward the door of the sell.

She heard the lock click as she turned the key and the door creaked open. Leaving the keys in the lock and checking that the guard was still asleep- fortunately he was -she snuck out of the base, making sure that the girl stayed behind her the whole time. A sigh escaped her lips as they made it out into the sunshine. She looked to the girl and smiled. So, what did you do to get locked up? The name's Cinder, by the way.
