Idea:

Nuri is an overall sweet and outgoing person and if there is one thing she can't stand it's bullies. Nuri could reach out to Dexter seeing that he is getting bullied and maybe be the support to help with through the bullies, maybe even help fight against them by standing up for him, hence building a trust. Since Nuri just moved and has no friends or anything and is suffering from depression she needs to be around others.

I could see this, also I forgot to put this, but Dexter is extremely claustrophobic. Anyways I think this would be an interesting relationship.

Idea: I want her to have a positive relationship with someone other than Shiba for once in her life. You see, she is a shape-shifter and only really becomes fond of animals. She gets annoyed at humans and hates them because they do foolish things like, abandon their "could-have-been" wonderful daughter because they are scared of her red eyes and have her brought up by wolves. The reason I chose your character because they are almost opposites. She is one of those people who go insane at their first kill and are instantly addicted to killing, she is also pretty evil and teasing, though she often acts innocent so she can get close to people. She is like Snow White eating the poison apple, accept the poison apple was death and it made her go insane with addiction to it.

Haha, I know. She is usually the one that would be considered a "dangerous bully" as such, but hey, she's an evil shape-shifter, what did ya expect? Haha.
