It was a nice Sunday afternoon, a time where many would be heading out for lunch and the streets would be crowded with people who were pushing and shoving there way through the crowds. Even if most would probably take there cars, the streets seemed overly crowded by people. It was fall, so there were probably less as it was getting colder, but there were still people who wanted ti go out and get there lunch. A few hours earlier a young boy with dark brown hair and bright green eyes and black rimmed glasses ventured into the library. He preferred not to get wound up in the mayhem that was going on outside, it made it seem too crowded and almost like a small space. He shivered at the thought of tight and small spaces, even if there seemed to be nothing to fear. He wondered down the isles of books.
Looking for any big book that had nothing to do with the pathetic vampire stuff. He found that vampires weren't as great anymore every since Twilight and all he had learn to see if it was worth reading, it didn't seem like it was worth his time. There were simple words he knew and although many loved the story line, it bored him. He remembered the fact that may or may not be true, but the author had to dumb down the book so teens could read it, oh how he wished for a copy that wasn't made for people to read. He was soon tempted just to take out a large history book so he could read it cover to cover. However he knew he read too much of that and Amelia would probably say something by then, the boys caretaker well his parents worked day and night and had no time for him. Several times feeling as though they didn't care at all for him.
If they cared they would call or something, not just ignore him as though he never existed. He sighed at his troubles and soon found a book he already knew was good, although fantasy it had better words that he knew now, but still. It was by Terry Brooks, who was an okay author in his mind, at least he used words that weren't simple and as easy to understand and even though it was fantasy, he didn't care. He put it in his small book bag and decided to keep looking for a while.

A young white haired wolf trotted beside her friend, a sweet smile on her face. Her red eyes glowed as she wondered through a large meadow toward town. Once they reached the edge of town she turned to her friend, a larger, handsome black wolf with gentle red eyes. She pressed her head into his chest before pulling away and saying, I'll have to leave you here, I don't think many will appreciate a wolf coming into town she told him gently. "What about you?" he asked. She smiled sweetly at him and a white light surrounded her, swirling from the ground upward until an elegant, white, red eyed feline stood in her place. With a sweet purr she ran her tail along his cheek. Wait for me here, Shiba. I'll bring you some food she purred sweetly before disappearing into town.
As she walked down the streets around town a lot of other cats turned to stare at her, seeming to wonder why she had Shiba's sent on her. An evil look appeared on her face and she dismissed all questions and quizzical stares with a flick of her long white tail. Soon she approached a library where she glanced around before padding confidently inside. Soon she came across someone looking for books and she faced him, letting out a hiss before a white light swirled around her and she stood as a beautiful teenage girl with an evil grin and glittering red eyes. She had waste-length white hair that matched the pelt of both animals she had been before. Don't worry, I won't hurt you, much... she told the boy teasingly, her red eyes showing the cold blood killer she was.
How about you meet my friend Shiba, I'm sure you'd love him she said sweetly before letting out a long wolf call. A smile played across her face as people stared at her confusedly, but they were soon running away as Shiba pounded over to the library. He let out a bark and she smiled, signaling him over. I know, but I thought you might want to meet someone. Not that I know them much of course, but you know how I am she laughed and bent down to pat the young black wolf on the head. He pulled away and stalked toward the boy, his lips drawn back in a snarl, ears pinned against his head, eyes narrowed to red slits and fur bristling as he growled at the unknown human.
Now, now Shiba. No need to be so overprotective she laughed. Shiba turned his head to look at her and she knelt down. Pricking his ears again he trotted over to her, though he kept one eye trained on the teenager to his left. With a smile she pulled a knife out a showed it to him, hiding it from the bow. He sniffed it then nodded, seeming reassured.
Straightening up she watched as Shiba smoothed his fur and sat down at her side. With an evil glint in her eyes she looked to the boy. Now, do you want to leave? Know how your going to die then leave? Or do you want to die now and never even get to leave here again? Except for when they bury you of course. And don't even bother reporting me to the GCMR for threatening you, because I'll see them coming before they even arrive and I'll still get to pop in your death as well.

Dexter was browsing as he heard footsteps, but ignored them because he was still looking, making sure he had seen every book on the brown shelf. However soon a girl came between him and the shelf, and he stepped back in surprise. He looked at her, looking at her features. She had long pure white hair and blood red eyes, that gleamed like the liquid would in sunlight. "Uhh can I help you?" He asked, but soon she started speaking, it was almost seemed like a little girl wanting someone to meet an imaginary friend.
"What?" Dexter said in a quiet voice, but she continued talking and he just continued wondering what she was talking about. Most teens didn't come and do this kind of stuff, and especially not talk to him. That was when he saw what she meant, who she was talking to, a wolf and it almost seemed like the girl. Then he saw the knife and knew, that this wasn't going to end well at all, but he wasn't stupid, he knew one thing he could do. To the right of him was a computer.
Dexter knew he could override the systems with his powers and make the computer explode, and he knew that it was highly probably his Caretaker would get mad, but she would understand when he explained the circumstances. He didn't listen to the rest and pushed forward into a fast sprint, and had a bad feeling they would trail him in seconds. His hand soon hit the side and he forced the energy of what he had tampered with earlier into the machine.
He didn't normally keep the electrical energy inside of him, but earlier he had accidentally connected the wrong match of wires and had to drain the energy from a generator he was making hand made. He could tell in was starting to get over powered, it was making hissing noises and smoke sputtered from the top. He wasn't a fighter and this took some time, and he was cautious, yet he doubted the fact of getting out of here alive.
I come to the library today and I get threatened by an insane girl and by the look of it her pet. If I die, then that will just be too bad, like my parents would care. Dexter thought.

The girl had ignored everything the boy did and said, the only thing she paid attention to was when he ran for the computer and it started hissing. She knew what was going on. With a singled nod to Shiba she watched as he backed away before closing her eyes. A white light swirled up around her and in her place stood a large falcon. With a furious squawk she flew over to the computer and, with long talons she grabbed it and carried it as fast as possible out into the streets where she dropped it and shot back into the library in a matter of seconds.
"Ha, he thought he could beat us that easily" came Shiba's bark of approval. She landed on the ground beside him and transformed back into a human once more. You thought you could win that easily did you? Well I guess your dumber than I thought she sneered, her blood-red eyes glowing. Now, what will it be dear? she asked him in the sweetest, yet most mocking tone she could manage.

The explosion flung him back into a wall, the one lens of his glasses cracked, but he pushed them up anyways and didn't bother to take them off. His body felt sore, yet he was able to get up, barely. His legs could hardly stand, but he needed distance, but they had soon come to where he was. He didn't bother this time, he knew at least the cops would be on there way, but he doubted in time, yet for him it no longer mattered. However he heard the girl call him stupid, but he certainly didn't lack in intelligence, just athleticism. However he knew that there was actually no chance.
He didn't know what to really say, he was sore and decided that he didn't want to speak, so instead he just remained silent. However he heard the screaming of people, he suspected that, it was a Sunday afternoon and although most stores were closed, there were still people wondering the streets. "You are aware the attention is on you, so I don't have to report to the GCMR, they were probably already aware, but perhaps I will live." Dexter sighed, but his voice was weak and he could hardly see through the cracked lens.
He could just hear the police sirens, but he had a bad feeling he would be dead before then.

Angela laughed at him simply, listening to the sirens of the police as they left there station, though she knew that she was going forward in time, they wouldn't start coming for another couple of minutes. She went pack to the present and watched as the boy rose to his feet. he could hear the sirens now, closer, she knew they were on their way. Her red gaze stayed on the boy as he stood silently, seemingly deep in thought. He seemed to be thinking over her words, but she didn't care.
The silence clawed at her and she seemed to be happy about it. With a smile she listened to his words. Don't worry dear, I've killed many times and they've never seen me. Even if they come on their way, they don't know exactly who it is. Plus, you can't blame a cat, can you? With her last question a white light swirled around her, swirling up until she couldn't be seen, practically invisible. Once the light vanished there stood the same white cat who had told Shiba to stay. With a teasing flick of her long white tail Angela trotted over to Shiba. You have to go, now. Go back to where I left you before. I can't have you caught, she looked him in the eye, willing him to leave. Her words were merely meows to the boy. With a parting nod Shiba raced off.
With a teasing purr and a flick of her tail Angela jumped up onto a chair, facing the door as police came pouring in, looking around. A member of the public came in to look around and see what had happened. They were a child, of course and instantly came over to stroke Angela, not even noticing her red eyes. Just to be safe Angela closed them and rubbed innocently against the child, purring faintly. I may have missed my kill this time she thought, still purring as the child stroked her, but I shall hunt him down and kill him. I can't let my prey escape that easily...
