FRIENDSHIP
While not exactly against forming new friendships ever since the discovery of his power Loyd has become much more withdrawn. Even when among more cheerful individuals he often finds it hard to allow himself to really connect with another person. His loyalty and trust isn't easily earned but for those that have it is also incredibly hard to break.
ROMANCE
This is one of the very last things on his mind right now. With his hopes of saving Connor, research into improving his power, and responsibilities due to Bandy living with him he simply hasn't had time to consider it. It isn't something to rule out entirely, but even if the right woman were to appear at the right moment he'd likely be too busy putting all of his effort into other tasks to notice her standing there.
FOES ("Those guys suck.")
A firm believer that violence should be an absolute last resort, Loyd's ideals don't exactly fit well with many others in Naomia City. The GCMR and various rebel groups are currently in the middle of a secret war. Many more people seem to be discovering they have superhuman powers and not everyone wants to use them responsibly. Then there are your run-of-the-mill "bad guys", normal humans who seem content with continuing to make choices with very little to no consideration of how they're harming others. This kind of behavior is something that he cannot stand and he will certainly be sure to let them know that. It's unclear even to himself just what he would do if someone continued acting in that manner, but at the least he would make it a point to impede their progress as much as possible.
